Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These Terms govern access to PortKnot. PortKnot is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], under the laws of [JURISDICTION].
1. The service
PortKnot is an outbound workspace for solo founders: projects, campaigns, lead imports, crawling, AI-assisted drafts, human approval, sending and reply tracking. Features depend on your plan.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to use the email addresses and data you upload.
3. Trial and paid plans
The Trial lasts 7 days and includes 3 projects, 50 total emails and 200 total crawl URLs, with 1 sender and 1 seat. Solo is $12/month or $120/year: 3 projects, 1 sender, 1 seat, and 100 platform sends/day or unlimited sending through your own Resend account. Pro is $39/month or $390/year: unlimited projects, 10,000 managed sends/month, 3 senders, 3 seats and inbox rotation. Limits are enforced server-side. No Free Forever plan is offered.
4. Billing and renewal
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices are shown before checkout; taxes may apply. Failed payments may suspend paid features.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless terminated for breach.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, anti-spam laws, and provider policies. You may not send unsolicited bulk email, evade suppression or unsubscribe requests, scrape non-public data, or use PortKnot for unlawful content.
7. Customer data and sending responsibility
You retain rights to your data. You are responsible for the legality of your lists, the accuracy of claims, and every message sent from your workspace. PortKnot provides tools; it does not approve content. Approved emails may be sent manually or scheduled, and scheduled sends run only after approval.
8. Anti-spam
Suppressed, unsubscribed and replied-to leads must not be contacted. We may suspend accounts that abuse sending, ignore opt-outs, or harm deliverability.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or illegal use. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee deliverability, reply rates, revenue, or uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
